We had a lovely Christmas down in Oregon with my aunt and her family. We went down Monday night after an awesome Christmas Eve service at the church, and returned this evening (Wednesday). Unfortunately, all 3 of us were sick to varying degrees. Stella was the worst off, with a nasty cough and stuffy/runny nose. But don't worry, we still managed to have a great Christmas. It was wonderful to be with family, and my aunt is so great. She's my mom's twin sister, so if I can't be with my mom she's the next best thing. :) Stella was super grumpy the whole time because she wasn't feeling well (and didn't get much sleep at night due to all the coughing), but still managed to charm everyone as usual. That girl amazes me with her awesomeness. (But more on her awesomeness another day.) She got lots of great stuff, and nothing that makes annoying noises (yay!). Today we came home to a box of presents from the grandparents in Utah, which was nice.
Last night my cousin and I went to see Juno. It seemed kind of weird going to the movies on Christmas, but it was really fun to go out and do something. Especially since the rugrat stayed home with Daddy and Aunt Jan. The movie was great, I loved it, and it had an awesome soundtrack to boot. And it was fun to hang out with my cousin, who I never see.
That's all for now (lame, I know, sorry). I have a horrendous headache and am ready for NyQuil and bed. But I'll try to keep this blog regularly updated! At the least, I will be posting pictures of Stella for her adoring fans. Here are some Christmas pictures of the wee one (who is not so wee anymore).

I'm glad you got to be with the other side of the family for Christmas, but we sure missed you!!!!
I can't decide which pictures to use for our background - guess I'll have to rotate them! I'm glad to see Thomas the Tank Engine for Stella. Now, she'll finally be that well-rounded little girl! She's too cute.
