Why am I not sleeping??

*pointless post alert*

It is 4:30 in the morning. I've been to bed twice and gotten back up again because I just can't fall asleep. Maybe I shouldn't have had that coffee at 7:30...I am usually not affected that much though! You'd think any caffeine would have worn off by now.

It feels kind of lonely, like I am the only person awake right now. But I suppose my friends in the UK are eating their lunch by now...so maybe it's not so lonely. Hello Sheena, what's for lunch? :)

Okay, back to bed for take #3. Goodnight, everybody.

Do you really want to know what we're having for lunch? :0)

Well, we are on day 3 of our 'diet' so I had 1 can of tuna (in spring water) mixed with a little 0% fat yoghurt, tsp very low fat mayo and some lemon juice.

I ate it on a slice of stoneground wholemeal (no butter) and a side salad with no fat dressing.

The kids had pasta twists with bolognese on it.

Hmmm, I never thought of using yogurt instead of mayo - good idea! How did it taste? :)

well, the yoghurt (greek style 0% fat) had a small spoon of v. lpw fat mayo in it which tasted nice, the lemon juice made it taste better though.
